To get your free link and listing, simply send us an e-mail with a brief summary of as much of the following information that you can provide:
- Your organization’s name;

- Contact person, their telephone number and (if available) e-mail addy;
- Regular meeting and AGM details (schedule, time and place);
- Summary of your group’s purpose, events, activities, goals etc.
- Membership dues and benefits.

Event Freebies
Is your group planning an annual event that’s open to the public? Does it hold a regular event that the public may attend, such as a bingo or jam session?
Well, we’d like to publicize it for you, free of charge, on the appropriate Calendar page or in your (also free) Local Groups listing.
To get your free event listing, simply send us an e-mail with a brief summary of as much of the following information that you can provide:
- The title of your event, e.g. Pender Harbour Bluegrass Festival;
- The day and date of your event, e.g. Mon. May 28, 2007;
- The time and place of your event, e.g. 7 p.m. at Lions Park;
- A brief description of your event (please avoid hysterical adjectives such as fabulous, amazing, spectacular, awesome, incredible, wonderful, biggest, best, etc.);
- Your organization’s name, a contact person, their telephone number and (if available) e-mail addy.

What’s the Catch?
No Setup Fee
Normally, a setup fee of $25 is charged for entering new information and uploading it to our server, regardless of the number of links and listings entered. However, this fee is waived for your free listing... that's why we call it a free listing.
Location! Location! Location!
Your business must be located in the Pender Harbour-Egmont area, owned by a Pender Harbour-Egmont resident, or offering products/services not available in Pender Harbour-Egmont. In other words, Save On Foods need not apply for a freebie.
We Reserve the Right
We reserve the right to refuse publication of information or link to information that we feel has content inappropriate and/or unsuitable for Pender Harbour Dot Org. No Rolex knockoffs, no cheap Viagra, no warez, no snake oil, no pornography. Why? Because we hate it and because we can.
